Shipping was quick and packaging was great.
This bell arrived quickly and with no damage. I did not pay attention to the size like I should have, so I was surprised it is two inches taller than another bell I purchased at the same time. That is not what I wanted, but it was my own fault, not the seller's.
This bell feels a little light and cheaply made in the hand. It does not look like it will hold up all that well. The wood handle doesn't look like nice wood, but cheap and tacky instead. The bell does have a nice enough tone though. Of three bells I purchased in the same order, this is the only one I regret. From now on, I will stick to 100% brass bells.
