Covid-19 update: Due to worldwide freight delays, we have temporarily stopped shipping overseas. Shipping is currently available to the United States, Canada and Australia only. We plan to resume shipping to more countries when shipping conditions improve and we can expect faster delivery of your order.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on purchases over $60! Purchases under $60 ship for a flat rate of just $7.99, or $9.99 for expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail. (These shipping offers are limited to US addressees. International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and starts at around $12 US.)

USPS is our preferred shipping provider, but larger packages sometimes ship via UPS. If you'd like your order shipped a specific way, please contact us for a quote.

How do I track my order?

All domestic and international orders include USPS tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation (with tracking number) when your order ships. If you don't get it, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll send you a tracking link.

Where are you located?

Grove and Grotto is located in big, beautiful Dallas, Texas. We don’t have a physical storefront at this time. (We also vend at shows and fairs in the North Texas area. Come see us!) Everything ships directly from our Dallas warehouse. We don't rely on drop-shipping or third-party fulfillment, so you get the fastest service and best quality products.

Where do you ship?

Groveandgrotto.com currently ships to the United States (including US territories and APO/FPO addresses), Canada, and Australia. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International service (for packages under 4 lb) or USPS Priority Mail International (over 4 lb).

More international shipping destinations are available in our eBay store.

What about import duty and VAT?

International customers, please check your local laws regarding VAT and import duties. You are responsible for any fees or taxes assessed by Customs on items purchased from our store. Packages will be marked with a fair approximate value of the goods enclosed. We comply with international shipping regulations and will not mark parcels as "gift" to avoid Customs duties.

Do you charge sales tax?

For orders shipping within the state of Texas, we must collect a 8.25% sales tax.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, both through PayPal and through our own secure shopping cart. You not need to have a PayPal account. (But if you do have one, you can pay with your PayPal balance or checking account.) E-check orders will be held until payment clears, approximately 7-10 business days.

Sorry, we are currently unable to accept phone orders.

How do you protect my info?

Payment info is collected via an industry-leading secure server. Additionally, most credit cards (and PayPal) offer protection against unauthorized charges. We don't retain your credit card number or security code when you complete a payment.

Your email address, if provided at checkout, is used only to contact you about your order. Subscribers to our email newsletter will receive fewer than one message per month, and we will never sell, trade, or share your info.

Can you ship discreetly?

You may not want everyone to know your magickal business, and we understand. Let us know in a note at checkout, and we will adjust the return address on the shipping label. (Items normally ship in plain packaging with "Grove and Grotto" and our PO Box as the return address. For discreet shipping requests, we use "G&G.")

International buyers: We must disclose the contents of the package on the Customs declaration form. For this reason, we cannot guarantee discreet shipping on international orders. We do try to remove obviously Pagan/magickal language to keep your package safe from prying eyes. ("Brass tile" instead of "pentagram tile," for example.)

How long will it take to get my items?

We ship Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. Most orders ship in 1-2 business days after they’re received. We'll notify you by email if we need more information to process your order.

Free shipping orders usually go via USPS Priority Mail, and $6 flat rate shipping orders generally go First Class. You may upgrade your flat rate package to Priority Mail for a $3 charge. (Option available at checkout.)

The majority of US packages are delivered in under a week. (Shipments to Canada take about 2-3 weeks, sometimes less.) However, please understand that postal holidays, bad weather, and other factors can cause unexpected delays. If you have a deadline, please let us know and we'll do our best to process your order quickly.

Where’s my stuff?

If you haven’t received your purchase in the expected amount of time, please contact us and we’ll try to resolve the problem. We can help you track the package or send a replacement in the rare cases when the postal service has lost a shipment.

Priority Mail shipments automatically include FREE delivery confirmation and insurance in case of loss or damage in transit. However, we regret that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you can't be there to receive your package, please be sure that your delivery address is secure.

You are responsible for providing your complete and correct shipping address. Please check your auto-complete or stored address settings before submitting your order.

I'm missing something from my order!

Oops! Please let us know about missing item(s) at groveandgrotto@gmail.com. Shortages and/or damage should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package (or delivery scan).

Do you offer returns?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but sometimes mistakes happen. We are 100% committed to your satisfaction and willing to help fix any issues. If you receive the wrong item(s) or something that is broken or defective, please contact us. We'll make it right with a refund, replacement, or return. 

Changed your mind? Most items are eligible for return within 30 days. (You are responsible for return shipping, unless we've messed up.) Fairy magick can make items look larger or smaller than they actually are, so please check the dimensions before buying.

Sorry, we cannot offer returns on herbs, oils, clothing, or custom items. (But let us know if you have any problems with these items.)

My order is a gift.

No problem! Just add a note at checkout, and we'll include a gift receipt (without pricing). We can also include a gift message for the recipient, free of charge. 

We will ship to the address you provide, even if it's different from your billing address. However, some PayPal and credit card accounts don't allow such transactions. If you have issues, read your account's security policy or contact customer service. Please don't scam us, it's bad karma.
