How much is shipping?
We offer FREE Priority Mail shipping on purchases over $60! Purchases under $60 ship for a flat rate of just $4. These shipping offers are limited to US addressees. International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package.
USPS is our preferred shipping provider. If you'd like your order shipped another way, please contact us for a quote.
Where are you located?
Grove and Grotto is located in beautiful Dallas, Texas. We don’t have a physical storefront at this time. (But we do vend at shows and fairs in the North Texas area. Come see us!) Everything ships directly from our stockroom. We don't rely on dropshipping or third-party fulfillment, so you get the fastest service and best quality products.
Where do you ship?
Groveandgrotto.com currently ships to the United States (including US territories and APO/FPO), and to the following countries that participate in USPS tracking: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Spain, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Hungary, the Netherlands Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
We can sometimes make arrangements to ship to other countries via FedEx or other independent shipping company. (Please email us for details.)
Due to Customs restrictions, some items are not available for international shipping. Herbs, smudges, and shells can only be shipped within the United States. Knives can only be shipped within the United States and Canada. Shipping restrictions will usually be listed in the item details.
All domestic and international orders include USPS tracking. However, please be advised that tracking info can be incomplete or transmitted with delays.
What about import duty and VAT?
International customers, please check your local laws regarding VAT and import duties. You are responsible for any fees or taxes assessed by Customs on items purchased from our store. Packages will be marked with a fair approximate value of the goods enclosed. We comply with international shipping regulations and will not mark parcels as "gift."
Do you charge sales tax?
For orders shipping within the state of Texas, we must collect a 8.25% sales tax on internet sales. (Not in Texas? We are not currently required to collect sales tax on your order.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, both through PayPal and through our own secure shopping cart. You can also pay with your PayPal balance or checking account (through PayPal). E-check orders will be held until payment clears, approximately 7-10 business days.
How do you protect my info?
Payment info is collected via a secure server. Additionally, most credit cards (and PayPal) offer protection against unauthorized charges.
Items ship in plain packaging with "Grove and Grotto" as the return address. Your email address, if provided at checkout, is used only to contact you about your order. Subscribers to our email newsletter will receive fewer than one message per month, and we will never sell, trade, or share your info.
How long will it take to get my items?
We generaly ship 6 days a week. We ship most orders the same or next day they’re received. We'll notify you by email if something's out of stock, or if we need more information to process your order.
Free shipping orders usually go via USPS Priority Mail, and $4 flat rate shipping orders generally go First Class. You may upgrade your flat rate package to Priority Mail for a $2 charge. (Option available at checkout.)
The majority of US packages are delivered in under a week. (Shipments to Canada, Australia, and Europe can take 2-3 weeks, sometimes less.) However, please understand that postal holidays, bad weather, and other factors can cause unexpected delays. If you have a deadline, ask us about expedited or guaranteed shipping options.
Where’s my stuff?
If you haven’t received your purchase in the expected amount of time, please contact us and we’ll try to resolve the problem. We can help you track the package or send a replacement if it’s gotten lost along the way.
Priority Mail shipments automatically include FREE delivery confirmation and insurance in case of loss or damage in transit. However, we regret that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you can't be there to receive your package, please be sure that your delivery address is secure.
Do you offer returns?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but sometimes mistakes happen. We are 100% committed to your satisfaction and willing to help fix any issues. If you receive the wrong item(s) or something that is broken or defective, please contact us. We'll make it right with a refund, replacement, or return.
Changed your mind? Most items are eligible for return within 30 days. (You are responsible for return shipping, unless we've messed up.) Fairy magick can make items look larger or smaller than they actually are, so please check the dimensions before buying.
Items must be return in saleable condition (unless defective). Sorry, we cannot offer returns on herbs, oils, clothing, or custom items.
My order is a gift.
No problem! Just add a note at checkout, and we'll leave out the pricing info. We can also include a gift message for the recipient, free of charge.
We will ship to the address you provide, even if it's different from your billing address. However, some PayPal and credit card accounts don't allow such transactions. If you have issues, read your account's security policy or contact customer service.
