Refund policy

LOSS, DAMAGE, AND DEFECTS

We are committed to your satisfaction, but occasionally problems occur. If your purchase is lost in transit, damaged, defective, or missing something, please contact us for a refund or replacement. Please let us know what's happened by sending a message to groveandgrotto@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

For some damage claims, we may request photos so that we can follow up with the shipping company. We ship all items with delivery confirmation and are unable to provide refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

OTHER RETURNS

What is something is the wrong size, purchased by mistake, or you just don't like it? You may return most items for a full refund (less original shipping) within 30 days. (See restrictions below.) You are responsible for returning the item unless the fault is ours. Once the return is received in good condition, we will credit you via the original payment method within 3 business days.

Please send us a message at groveandgrotto@gmail.com so we know to expect the return. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns with tracking.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

Returned items are only accepted in new, unused condition. (Open boxes are acceptable, but items should not show wear or modification.) Returns are not accepted on the following items: Special order or custom items, herbs and oils, clothing (unless it is unworn with original tags attached).
