Hello North Texas! Hope you all are staying warm and happy this winter season. Even though it’s 30 degrees outside, we’re already thinking about spring. My local festival, Spirit Haven, has registration open for our Beltane gathering. So make your festival plans as soon as you can, and invite those newbies, too! In these difficult times, it’s even more important to enjoy meaningful rites and celebrations with our community and chosen family.
Our region of North Texas is continuing to grow like crazy, adding half a million new residents in the last few years. It’s brought challenges—soaring costs, gnarly traffic—but also many blessings. Dallas and Denton (and Fort Worth, too, I guess) are now premier destinations for culture, food, music, and art. That means lots of fun new businesses to explore, and lots of awesome things to do for Pagans and their friends.
Here's the usual roundup of events happening around town. Stay well, take care of yourselves, and we’ll see you at festival!
