Great set full of info on elemental magic. It lists symbols, gestures, herbs, energy pattern, direction, time of day, season, colors, and more to give you a full picture of how to plan recipes, rituals, and spells for each element. It even has chapters for how to incorporate them with the wheel of the year. I definitely think it's a great resource and has given me a good base for developing my practice.
