Packaged neatly, everything was correct. Came with a handwritten quick thank you note, which is always reassuring and nice. Buying from this shop again in the future.
I will note that the holder ornament is definitely not going to catch 60% of your ashes, so expect some cleanup when using it, but I don't mind very much.
